Mandarin Program for Parents

As one of the nine public schools in Manhattan that offers a dual language program to its students, PS20M, the Anna Silver School partnered up with InspirLang to offer a ten-week Mandarin program to parents whose children are enrolled in the Chinese bilingual program. This program tailored parents’ needs to assist children’s Mandarin homework and understand the theory of basic Mandarin usage without prior knowledge of Chinese. Parents who participated in this program were benefited in having more in-depth conversations with their children about the application and usage of Mandarin.
