Jade Wu, Program Director

Jade grew up in the urban area of Taishan and learned Cantonese, Mandarin, and Taishanese as her native dialects. Ever since she was a little kid, she exhibited traits of a teacher. After teaching the Chinese language for a year and participating in the Incubator Program at CUNY Center for Entrepreneurship, she created her iTunes Podcast named Learn Cantonese Daily and Learn Mandarin Daily. Currently, she is writing her own Cantonese book to teach non-native speakers how to speak Cantonese in a fun way.
